North Carolina Opportunity Scholarships

North Carolina offers scholarship programs that help families afford nonpublic (private) schools. The Opportunity Scholarship Program is suitable for: parents who qualify based on income if your family meets the income requirements and your student attends a North Carolina public school, is a rising kindergarten, first-grade, or second-grade student, is in foster care or adopted within the last year, or has a parent who is active-duty military, you may qualify for the Opportunity Scholarship Program.
